It is been quite some time since HTC has launched their tablet here in India; The company had partnered with Google to launch Nexus 9, but that didn’t fare very well in the Indian markets. The last tablet release for HTC in India happened in 2011, now the company is about to launch a new tablet that is code named as HTC H7, the details are being leaked via Indian import/export database Zauba. According to the data, the tablet sports 7-inches HD display and is powered by 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor coupled with 1GB of Ram and 16GB internal storage. The device is said to run Android 5.0 with Sense 7.0 on top.
The tablet supports 3G bandwidths and has Dual SIM slots hence it will have traditional voice calling capabilities. The company is also going to launch the WiFi only variant is Japan, Taiwan, India and has no plans to launch in USA and UK. The import price of the tablet is 9,565 and that might not be official selling price once it is launched. Do note that only limited number of devices are being imported for the testing purpose.
