Meizu M2 Note With Android Lollipop, 1080p Display Announced

Meizu has launched the M2 smartphone as a successor of last year’s M1 Note smartphone. Design wise there is not a major upgrade over the previous iteration. Coming to specifications the device sports 5.5-inches full HD 1080p IGZO display, while it is powered by MediaTek Soc, clocked at 1.3GHz Octa-Core processor with Mali T720 GPU coupled with 2GB DDR3 Ram and 16/32GB internal storage which can be further expanded up to 128GB via an SD card. The device runs on Android 5.0 lollipop with Flyme O.S on top of it. On the Camera side, there is 13-megapixel autofocus primary camera with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture while the front houses 5-megapixel Omni vision camera sensor. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Hybrid Dual SIM (Hybrid Dual SIM (first SIM slot can also be used as microSD slot), WiFi, Bluetooth, USB port etc. A 3,100mAh battery powers the device. The device is priced at Rs.9,999 in India will be available exclusively through from August 10th.
