HTC has introduced the One M9+ smartphone globally back in April and it went on for sale in India the same month. Today the company has launched an upgraded variant of One M9+ Aurora Edition along with Butterfly 3 and by upgrade we mean in terms of both cameras but not specifications. Let’s dive into the specification details. The original HTC One M9+ had a 20.7-megapixel autofocus rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, 27.8mm lens and a secondary depth sensing camera, but the all new One M9+ Aurora edition features a 21-megapixel autofocus rear camera with f/2.2 aperture while the secondary camera is replaced with Laser autofocus for fast and accurate focusing, OIS, and PDAF for better focus. Apart from the rear camera the device sports similar specifications as the original One M9+.
One M9+ sports 5.2 inch Quad HD(1440*2560 resolution) IPS display, Powered by MediaTek Helio X10 Chipset clocked at 2.2GHz Octa-Core 64 bit processor with PowerVR G6200 GPU, 3GB Ram and 32GB internal storage, Runs on Android 5.0 lollipop with Sense U.I 7. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, Dual Boom Sound speakers with Dolby audio and 2,840mAh battery. The HTC One M9+ Aurora Edition comes in Gold, Silver, Black and Grey colors, and is priced at NT $ 20,900 (US$ 630) will go on sale in Taiwan starting from October 15th.
