Motorola has launched the Moto X smartphone globally last month on the same day Moto G(2015) launched in India. Apparently Moto X comes in two variants one is Moto X play, and the another one is “Moto X Style“. The company is now planning to launch the device in India and few test units have also been imported as per the Zauba listing.
To remind you, the device sports 5.5-inches FHD(1980*1080p) IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 615Soc clocked at 4×1.1 GHz Cortex A53+4×1.7 GHz Cortex A53 Octa-Core processor with Adreno 405 GPU coupled with 2GB of Ram and 16/32GB internal storage with an SD card slot for memory expansion up to 128GB. Runs on Android 5.1.1 with Stock U.I.
Highlight about the device according to the company is the 21-megapixel autofocus primary camera. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel selfie camera. A 3,360mAh battery on board. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11a/g/b/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. As per the pricing the device’s import cost is around 22,000 but once the device goes official we can expect it to fall under Rs.25,000. Stay tuned for more update on this.
