Xiaomi has finally unveiled the Mi 4C smartphone in China officially. The latest smartphone in the Mi 4 series sports a 5-inches FHD(1920*1080) display and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon’s Hexa-Core 808 chipset clocked at 1.8GHz Hexa-Core processor with Adreno 418GPU. There is 2GB of Ram and 16GB internal storage and another variant with 3GB of Ram and 32GB internal storage, do note that either of these have an SD card slot for memory expansion. Runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with MiUi 7 overlayed on top.
On the camera side, Mi 4C smartphone features a 13-megapixel phase-detection(PDAF) rear camera with two-tone LED flash and on the front there is a 5-megapixel selfie camera for selfies and video calling. There is also an infrared sensor built-in the device that allows you to control TV, DVD, and other appliances. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11b/g/n/ac dual band, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and USB Type-C port and company will also sell the USB Type-C to USB connector. There is a 3,080mAh battery on board with Qualcomm’s Quick charging 2.0.
Xiaomi Mi 4C smartphone comes in various colors like white, blue, yellow and pink and is priced at $204 for 16GB variant while the 32GB will cost you $235, will be available to order from tomorrow through mi.com and Tmail.com. No info on the global roll out. Read more about Xiaomi Mi 4C details
