HTC has finally let loose the long-awaited One A9 smartphone today. The device comes with the metal build and is the first HTC smartphone to run on Android 6.0 marshmallow right out of the box. The smartphone comes with 6 months free subscription to Google Play service and the popular Uh-Oh protection through which you can replace the device if damaged within 365 days of purchase. HTC One A9 comes in Carbon Gray, Opal Silver, Topaz Gold and Deep Garnet colors and will roll out from November 1st week pricing will be revealed during the roll out. The device sports 5.0-inches FHD(1080X1920) AMOLED display 2.5D glass and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon latest 617Soc clocked at 1.5GHz Octa-Core processor with Adreno 405GPU. There is 2GB of Ram and 16GB internal storage with an SD card slot for memory expansion. Another variant with 3GB Ram and 32GB internal storage with an SD card for memory expansion up to 2TB. Runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
There is a 13-megapixel primary BSI camera sensor with LED flash, phase detection autofocus (PDAF), OIS, can record 1080p videos, AnUltra-pixel front camera for selfies and video calls. There is a fingerprint sensor for better security, connectivity features include 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0. There is a Fingerprint sensor for better security and features like Android Pay. A 2150mAh battery with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 support.
