Samsung has launched the Gear S2 and S2 classic smart watches last month just ahead of IFA 2015. These both smartwatches will go on sale starting from October 2nd in the USA for $299 and $349 from Samsung’s website, in addition to Amazon, Best Buy, and select Macy’s stores.
Samsung Gear S2 and S2 Classic smartwatches sport a 1.2-inches(360*360) AMOLED display, rotating bezels, a full circle with a durable stainless steel body. Connectivity features include 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and NFC. Gear S2 will work with any smartphone running on Android 4.4KitKat or higher with 1.5GB Ram. There is a 3G variant of the S2 and S2 Classic with e-SIM support for voice calling and will be available from AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless later this year, no pricing info as of now.
