Motorola Rolls Out Android 6.0 Marshmallow To Moto X Style in India


Motorola’s Latest Moto X Style smartphone starts receiving the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update in India and in Brazil. The device was launched in India running Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. Along with Moto X Style, Motorola’s David Schuster has also posted that Motorola has started testing the Initial deployment of the Android 6.0 Marshmallow upgrade for Moto X (2nd Gen) in Brazil and the final deployment will proceed for few weeks and users will get the notification once the update is available. The Update for the Moto X pure 2015 edition has started the approval process and the update will be pushed out in coming weeks.


Android 6.0 Marshmallow brings a new memory manager where the app allows you to check the memory of the apps installed. The Android 6.0 brings the Now-On-Tap feature that shows contextual information of what’s on the screen this feature needs a long press of the home key. Next up is the Doze feature that kills all the background apps if the phone is idle for a long time thus saving battery. yet another interesting feature is that After inserting a new SD card to your phone, you will see a notification set it up.
