Samsung Galaxy J3 visits TEENA to get certified before it the company officially launches the device. The device looks like another mid-ranger smartphone from Samsung which is aimed to take on the budget segment. Design wise the smartphone looks like any other mid-range Samsung device, up front we have a 5-megapixel selfie camera for selfies and video calls along with main earpiece and the usual set of sensors, traditional Samsung home button accompanied with back and recent menu buttons.
The display on the device is a 5-inches HD (1280*720) AMOLED display and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 410Soc clocked at 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor with Adreno 306 GPU. There is 1GB of Ram and 8GB internal storage with an SD card slot for memory expansion. Runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with Samsung’s TouchWiz U.i on top. On the camera side, the device features an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front camera. Connectivity features include WiFi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, etc. No word on pricing and official launch date so stay tuned.
