Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 Spotted on Geekbench; Powered by Intel Chispet


Xiaomi’s Mi Pad 2 tablet was spotted in Geekbench application and the listing spills some details about the specifications. Mi Pad 2 is the successor of the Mi pad tablet launched last year. There is no info on when the company will launch the tablet so let’s talk specifications.


The listing says Mi Pad 2 is powered by Intel Atom x5-Z8500 clocked at 2.24GHz Quad-Core processor with 2GB of Ram and 16GB internal storage. The tablet sports a 7.9-inches 2K display as the chipset also supports 2K display. Runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with Miui on top though we heard a rumor that Mi Pad 2 will be powered by Windows 10. The Mi pad 2 scores 985 in single core and 3268 in multi-core. Other than these details the Geekbench doesn’t shed any other details for now.
