ACER CHROMEBOOK 11 Powered by Chrome OS Unveiled AT CES 2016 For $180


Acer has unveiled new Chromebooks, Chromebase laptops and Switch 12s 2-in-1 convertible laptops, TravelMate P648 and H7 series monitors at the CES 2016. These devices will be available gradually in the coming months. The Acer Chromebook 11 is more durable and it can handle up to 60 Kg downward force on top similar to the Acer laptops in business and education models. Let’s have a look at the specifications of the Chromebook 11.

Let’s start with Chromebook 11 which features new improved design and build and Acer claiming that it will survive 2 feet height. The laptop sports an 11.6-inches with 1366X768 display resolution and is powered by Intel Celeron Processor and there are two storage variants, the 2GB Ram features 16GB internal storage while the 4GB Ram model has 32GB internal storage with SD card reader. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and HDMI ports. The new Acer Chromebook weighs just 2.42 pounds. The Chromebook 11 is priced at $180 and will be available in Europe, North America, Middle East, Africa this February.
