Asus Pegasus smartphone was spotted visiting TEENA earlier last month, today the company has officially announced the smartphone in China. The device sports a massive 4850mAH battery on board and is priced decently in China for 1,299 yuan or US$ 197 for the 2GB RAM variant and the 3GB Ram variant is priced at 1,799 yuan or US$ 273. The company haven’t disclosed any details regarding the availability as of now. Let’s look at the specifications of Asus pegasus 5000.

The device is powered by MediaTek MT6753Soc clocked at 1.3 GHz Octa-Core 64-bit processor with Mali T720 GPU. The Asus Pegasus 5000 sports a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection
There are two variants, one with 2GB of Ram and 16GB internal memory and the other with 3GB RAM and same 16GB internal memory and the memory can be further expandable via a MicroSD card slot that supports up to 32GB. Runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Zen UI overlaid on top.
Talking about the cameras, the device features a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and f/2.0 aperture and on the front, there is a 5-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. Connectivity features include 4G TD-LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS. A 4850mAh battery on board.
