LG has been on a role with continuous launches just before the MWC 2016 event; the company introduced the X-Cam and X-Screen smartphones just yesterday and today we are seeing yet another new device coming from LG. The device in talk here is the Stylus 2 smartphone which successor of last year’s G4 Stylus and as the name suggests the device comes with Stylus feature similar to the other LG Stylus series of smartphones. The new nano-coated tip on the stylus promises to offer more accuracy and a new toggle type menu will automatically pop-up when the Stylus is being tipped out of its placement, it offers pop scanner and pop menu functionality. The Pen keeper feature prevents the Stylus from being lost by displaying a pop-up message when the Stylus bay is empty, Nice Touch LG. The device comes in Titan, White and Brown colors and is said to roll out in key markets like Korea starting from March and USA, UK and Asian markets gradually. The LG Stylus 2 smartphone sports a 5.7-inches HD (1280× 720 pixels) IPS in-cell touch display which we have seen on many mid-range LG smartphones off lately, Powered by Quad-Core processor clocked at 1.2GHz although the chipset name is unknown for now. It packs in 1.5GB of LPDDR3 RAM while the Korean markets will have 2GB Ram variant, there is 16GB internal memory that can be further expanded via a MicroSD card slot. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with LG U.X overlaid on top.
Talking about the camera, there is a 13-meagapixel rear camera with LED Flash, and it can record Full HD 1080p videos while on the front, there is an 8-megapixel shooter for quick selfies and video chats. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, NFC (which is optional). A 3000mAH battery is on board.
