Motorola Starts Rolling Out Android 6.0.1 Update For Moto X Play in India

Motorola has started rolling out the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update for Moto X play in India; the company has rolled out the 6.0 update earlier this year. Now with the 6.0.1 upgrade the company brings support for new emoji’s and security patch for March, brings back the shutter tone switch that lets you turn on or off the camera shutter tone. It also allows you to launch the camera by double pressing the power button. The new emoji set includes volleyball, taco, champagne bottle and many more. Along with this, the update brings bug fixes and improved device stability.

The new update is around 387.4MB in size with build number  v24.61.52 that also includes security patch until March 1st, 2016. Just head over to system settings and click on about and check for the update. If you haven’t got the update don’t worry, the company has just rolled out the update it will reach you gradually in the coming days.
