Xiaomi has just introduced the 10,000mAH Mi power bank Pro in China; the all new Mi Powerbank Pro comes with USB Type-C port support which is slowly replacing the MicroUSB port support slowly. The Mi power bank Pro is slim and sleep and is almost similar to the 5000mAH Mi power bank we’ve seen earlier. It is priced at ￥149 or $22 but for now, we don’t any details about the official roll out and availability in the Indian markets.
The Mi power bank Pro not only has support for USB Type-C port, but it also comes with two-way fast charging technology that not only charges your smartphones fast but also charges itself pretty quickly compared to the older variants. Xiaomi says it can charge itself up to 100% within 3.5 Hours, which is an incredible thing for a 10,000mAh power bank. It offers 12V / 9V / 5V output that can charge Mi Note Pro smartphone in under 1 hour 50 minutes; it is designed by the Texas Instruments that comes with nine layers of circuit protection for better safety.
The power bank can charge the Mi Note smartphone 2.5 times, iPhone 6 up to 4 times, iPad Mini 1.5 times with its full capacity. This time, around you, can also charge Xiaomi’s accessories like Mi Band and Mi Bluetooth Earphone, all you need to do is just have to double tap on the power button that will switch the mode regulating less voltage required for the accessory. It also comes with standard MicroUSB port for output and LED lights that indicate the battery percentage. It weighs just 223 grams even with the Aluminum alloy body.
