Soon after the unveiling of the P9 and P9 Plus in London, Huawei has introduced the P9 Lite smartphone in Russia; the device is the trim down variant of the P9. It is powered by Kirin 650 processor, 2/3GB Ram, and a fingerprint sensor. The device is expected to launch officially in Russia in June, for now, no word on Pricing and roll out details. The Huawei P9 Lite sports a 5.2-inches Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display and is powered by Huawei’s own made Kirin 650 Octa-Core processor. It packs in 2/3GB RAM and 16GB storage, and it comes with a MicroSD card slot for memory expansion up to 128GB. Just like the P9 and P9 Plus, the P9 Lite runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Emui on the top.

In the camera department, the device features a 13-megapixel rear camera wit LED flash and on the front; there is an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. And below the rear camera sensor, As said above it comes with a Fingerprint sensor for better security. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and NFC, and USB Type-C port. A 3000mAH battery on board.
