Zuk is a child company from Lenovo today has launched the Z2 Pro smartphone in China; the device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820Soc coupled with massive 6GB Ram. The device sports a 5.2-inch Full HD 1080p 2.5D display with 1.41mm narrow bezel and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow right out of the box. Zuk had already launched the Z1 sometime last year. The Lenovo’s Zuk Z2 Pro 6GB+128GB Rom variant is priced at 2699 yuan or US$ 416 and will be available for order from April 22nd through ZUK website in China. The Zuk Z2 Pro sports a 5.2-inches Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) Super AMOLED display with 2.5D curved glass, 500nits brightness, 100,000: 1 dynamic contrast ratio, 100% NTSC color gamut. Powered by Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 820 chipset clocked at 2.15GHz Quad-Core with Adreno 530 GPU. The base model packs in 4GB LPDDR4 Ram and 64GB UFS 2.0 Internal storage while the high-end model rocks 6GB LPPDR4 RAM with 128GB (UFS 2.0) internal storage. Both these variants run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with ZUI 2.0 right out of the box.
Talking about the camera, the device features a 13-megapixel rear camera with ISOCELL sensor, dual-tone LED Flash, 1.34μm pixel size, f/1.8 aperture, Hybrid PDAF and on the front, there is an 8-megapixel camera with 1.4μm pixel size, f/2.0 aperture for better low-light clicks and video chats. The Zuk Z2 Pro features a Fingerprint sensor for better security, heart rate sensor, and UV sensor. Connectivity features include 4G LTE with VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4/5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, USB 3.1 Type-C. A 3100 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 is on board.
