New Apple Development Center in Hyderabad To keep It’s focus on Maps


Apple has opened a new development center in Hyderabad just as expected; the new office will keep its focus on Maps for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. With this new investment to accelerate maps development, Apple is aiming to create 4,000 jobs and also the newly launched campus located in wave rock will provide an LEED-certified home for the expanding Maps team. Off lately Apple has added a new feature to maps including 3D views, the Flyover feature and also new tools to find the point of interests like Hotels, restaurants, shops, etc. Apple is also opening new development center in Bangalore with its focus on  iOS App Design and Development Accelerator

Tim Cook, Apple CEO said in an official statement,

Apple is focused on making the best products and services in the world and we are thrilled to open this new office in Hyderabad which will focus on Maps development. The talent here in the local area is incredible and we are looking forward to expanding our relationships and introducing more universities and partners to our platforms as we scale our operations.
