Coolpad has officially launched the Note 3 plus smartphone just as expected. The Note 3 plus is a slightly upgraded model of the Note 3 smartphone that was launched in India last year and it recently got a price cut of Rs.500. The Coolpad Note 3 plus sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display instead of HD display as seen on Note 3. Except for the display resolution, rest of the specifications remain the same. It is priced at Rs.8,999 and will be available via starting from May 13th. Let’s quickly recap the specifications of the device in detail.

Coolpad Note 3 Plus Specifications:

The device sports a 5.5-inches Full HD (1080 X 1920) IPS display and is powered by MediaTek MT6753 Soc clocked at 1.3GHz Octa-Core 64-bit processor with Mali T720 GPU. There is 3GB of Ram and 16GB internal storage with an SD card slot for memory expansion up to 64GB. Runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Cool UI 6.0 on top.

On the camera side, the device features a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, 5P lens, can record videos in 1080p. While on the front we have a 5-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. Connectivity features include 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS. There is also a fingerprint sensor below the rear camera and a 3000mAH battery on board.
