During the Google I/O conference, HTC has announced that it will roll out the Android N update to their smartphones. In fact, HTC becomes the first OEM to official confirms the Android N update. HTC 10, One A9 and One M9 will be the first batch smartphones to get the update among other HTC smartphones. The company will announce the roll out schedule and list of other devices later this year when Google ships the Android N to OEMs.

Android N comes with some interesting features like Multi-window, Notification enhancements, Data Saver option, Background app optimizations, Direct boot, TV Recording, partial support for more than 100 new languages and locales, new emojis and more. The final version of Android N will roll out sometime later this year and once google ships the OS to OEM’s they will slowly push it to their respective smartphones. HTC did the same with Android M last year, it officially announced that it will roll out just after Google announced Android M.
