Later it went on for sale in the USA via Amazon.com for $399. Today the company is running an offer on Amazon.com where in you can buy the Nextbit Robin “cloud first” smartphone for the initial pricing, i.e., $299 starting from today up until 10th May. The Nextbit Robin sports a 5.2-inches Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels)IPS display that comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 Soc clocked at 1.8 GHz 64-bit Hexa-Core processor along with Adreno 418 GPU. It packs 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory with 100GB of cloud storage. The Nextbit Robin runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box.
The device features a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with PDAF, dual-tone LED flash. It has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video chats. Connectivity features include 4G/3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (dual-band), Bluetooth 4.0 LE, NFC and GPS, USB Type-C port for data transfers and charging. The device also features a Fingerprint scanner for better security. It packs in a 2,680 mAh battery with quick charging support.
Nextbit will launch the Robin smartphone in India later this month.
