Samsung To officially Launch Galaxy J7 and J5 (2016) in India on May 9th

Samsung has now officially sent out media Invites for the launch of J5 and J7 (2016) Indian launch. These phones were first introduced in China in March, and there won’t be specific changes design-wise and specifications wise for the Indian markets. Both these smartphones focus on front camera and are successors to the last year’s J series duo. We should know the pricing and availability details on Monday, so stay tuned. SAMSUNG GALAXY J7 (2016) SPECIFICATIONS:

The Galaxy J7(2016) sports a 5.5-inches Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) Super AMOLED display and is powered by Exynos 7870Soc clocked at 1.6GHz Octa-Core processor. It packs in 3GB of RAM and 16GB internal memory; it comes with a MicroSD card slot for memory expansion up to 128GB. The Galaxy J7 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with TouWiz U.I on top.

In the camera department, it features a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/1.9 aperture and in the front, we have a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash for better low-light selfies and video calls. Unlike the Galaxy J7, the J5 sports a relatively smaller 5.2-inches HD (1280 x 720 pixels) Super AMOLED display and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 410Soc clocked at 1.2GHz Quad-Core 64-bit processor with Adreno 306 GPU. There is 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory with a MicroSD card slot for memory expansion up to 128GB. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop right out of the box.
