LG G5 Flagship Smartphone With Modular Design Launched in India For Rs.52,990


LG has finally launched the G5 flagship smartphone in India; the device features a modular design that connects to companions; the G5 friends for extra functionality. The LG G5 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820Soc coupled with 4GB Ram, and it runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow right out of the box. The LG G5 comes in Silver, Titan, Gold and Pink colors and is priced at Rs. 52,990. It is now available for purchase exclusively from Flipkart and is also available via offline retail stores. The LG G5 comes with a free Battery and Charging Cradle Worth Rs. 3499 for a limited period. Let’s check out the specifications of the device in detail.

LG G5 Specifications:

The LG G5 sports a 5.3-inches Quad-HD (2560×1440 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection and a pixel density of over 544PPI. The device also features the Always On glance display that the company confirmed earlier last week which allows you to check time, notifications and battery status. It is Powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 820Soc clocked at Quad-Core processor with Adreno 530 GPU. There is 4GB Ram and 32GB internal storage which can be further expanded via a MicroSD card slot up to 128GB. The device runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with LG’s U.X on top.

In the camera department, which is one of the LG’s strongest Zone, the device features a 16-megapixel rear camera with laser autofocus, dual-tone flash and it can record 4K videos, 135-degree angle while on the front, there is an 8-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calls. Connectivity features include 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/AC, Bluetooth 4.1 LE (APT-x) , GPS and USB Type-C port which is kinda expected.
