Huawei’s Honor has introduced the Honor 8 smartphone, the company’s latest Honor series smartphone sports a 5.2-inch Full HD 2.5D curved glass display and powered by Kirin 950Soc with 4GB Ram and 32/64GB storage. The Honor 8 comes in Pearl White, Sunrise Gold, Midnight Black, Sakura Pink and Sapphire Blue colors and is priced at 1999 yuan (US$ 299 / Rs. 20050 approx.) for the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage. The 4GB Ram variant with 32GB storage is priced at 2299 yuan (US$ 343 / Rs. 23,050 approx.) and 2499 yuan (US$ 374 / Rs. 25,070 approx.) for the same 4GB RAM variant with 64GB storage. The Huawei Honor 8 smartphone sports a 5.2-inches Full HD 2.5D curved glass display (1920 x 1080 pixels) with 96% NTSC color gamut and is powered by Kirin 950Soc clocked at 2.3GHz Octa-Core 16nm processor with Mali T880-MP4 GPU. It packs 3GB RAM with 32GB storage and an another variant with 4GB RAM and 32GB / 64GB storage, both these options come with a MicroSD card slot for memory expansion up to 128GB. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EMUI 4.1 on top.
Talking about the camera, the device packs 12-megapixel dual rear cameras with dual-tone LED flash, Laser AF, f/2.2 aperture, 6P lens, 1.4um pixel size and an 8-megapixel front camera with f/2.4 aperture. The Honor 8 also features a Fingerprint Sensor and Infrared sensor; connectivity features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C.
