Meizu has launched the MX6, the company’s latest flagship sports a 5.5-inch 1080p display, powered by MediaTek Helio X20 Deca-Core chipset coupled with 4GB Ram+32GB internal storage, It runs on Android 6.0 marshmallow right out of the box. The Meizu MX6 comes in Gray, Silver, Gold and Pink colors and is priced at 1999 yuan (US$298/Rs. 20,040 approx.). It will be available for order in China starting today and goes on sale from July 30th. No details about the global roll out details. Let’s check out the specifications in detail.


The Pro 6 smartphone sports a 5.5-inches Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) LCD, 85% NTSC color gamut, 1500: 1 contrast ratio. It is powered by MediaTek Helio X20 Soc clocked at 2.3GHz Deca-Core processor with Mali-T880 MP4 GPU coupled with 4GB and 32GB internal storage; we do not get a MicroSD card slot for memory expansion. Ir runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Flyme OS on top.

Talking about the camera, the device houses a 12-megapixel rear camera dual tone LED Flash, Sony IMX386 sensor, 6P lenses, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, and it can record UHD 4K videos. Up front, we have a 5-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture for better low-light selfies and video calls. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4/5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS, USB Type-C. A 3060mAh battery with fast charging support on board.
