Sony India has launched the Xperia XZ smartphone in India. It comes with a 23-megapixel Exmos RS sensor; it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC coupled with 3GB RAM. The Sony Xperia XZ comes in Forest Blue, Mineral Black, and Platinum and is priced at Rs. 49,990. The device will be available starting from October 10th and can be pre-ordered from all Sony Centers and select retail outlets and will also be available exclusively via Amazon.in from 1st October to 10th October 2016.

The Sony Xperia XZ sports a 5.2-inches Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) Triluminos Display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC 64-bit Quad-Core processor with Adreno 530 GPU. It packs 3GB RAM and 64GB internal memory with a microSD card slot for memory expansion up to 256GB.
It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow right out of the box. Talking about the camera, the device features a 23-megapixel rear camera with Exmos RS sensor, 1/2.3″ sensor, f/2.0 lens, Predictive Hybrid Astabilizationabilizatio, and it can record 4K videos, and on the front, there is a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with 1/3” Exmor RS sensor, 22mm wide-angle f/2.0 lens.
