Honor 8 With 5.2-inches Display, 12MP dual rear cameras launched in India for Rs. 29999

Huawei’s Honor has launched the Honor 8 smartphone in India. The device comes with 12-megapixel dual rear cameras, 4GB RAM and is powered by the Kirin 950 SoC. The Honor 8 comes in Sunrise Gold, Pearl White, Sapphire Blue colors and is priced at Rs. 29,999 in India. The company says that the device will be available via Amazon.in, Flipkart, the Honor store online and offline stores. It comes with extended warranty for 2 years, free replacement for 3 months for manufacturing defects and screen replacement warranty for 3 months.

Huawei Honor 8 specifications:

The Huawei Honor 8 smartphone sports a 5.2-inches Full HD (1920 X 1080) 2.5D curved glass display with 96% NTSC color gamut and is powered by Kirin 950Soc clocked at 2.3GHz Octa-Core 16nm processor with Mali T880-MP4 GPU. It packs 4GB RAM and 32GB storage and comes with a MicroSD card slot for memory expansion up to 128GB. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EMUI 4.1 on top.

Talking about the camera, the device packs 12-megapixel dual rear cameras with dual-tone LED flash, Laser AF, f/2.2 aperture, 6P lens, 1.4um pixel size and an 8-megapixel front camera with f/2.4 aperture. The Honor 8 also features a Fingerprint Sensor and Infrared sensor; connectivity features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C. A 3000mAh (typical) / 2900mAh (minimum) battery with fast charging is on board.
